Dan Warwick 

Dan Warwick graduated from York University with an honours degree in music in 2000 and since then has been enjoying a varied and interesting career. 

He has had some amazing opportunities to play professionally on both bass guitar and trombone in studios as well as at  prestigious venues in the UK,  around Europe and also to the United States. The diversity of styles that he has been involved in include rock, soul, Irish and Scottish folk, electronica and jazz to name but a few.  

Dan also enjoys playing solo bass, using loop samplers to create more complex works, producing and arranging for various ensembles and has recently taken up the double bass. He even finds time to drive large goods vehicles!

Dan has been teaching bass and brass for nearly fifteen years and joined the DaCapo team in 2009. He is a popular and dedicated teacher who is involved in much of DaCapo's varied work including toddler sessions in Barnet and central London, classroom music in a number of schools and nurseries as well as instrumental lessons for individuals and ensembles for all ages.
