Will Dollard
Will started his musical education as a Chorister in Westminster Cathedral Choir, where a vast repertoire and a busy concert schedule gave him a great foundation in musical understanding from a young age. As a music scholar to his senior school he continued to develop as a musician in a vast range of ensembles and settings, as well as taking time to get involved in the school Theatre. After school Will set up a theatre company with friends, and took productions up to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival where they made over £10,000 pounds for charity over the years, with Will as their Musical Director.
Since graduating from Glasgow University (MA Mus, 2009), Will has been in London, has started teaching guitar and brass, and taken an active role in the London music scene. He is currently involved with 4 groups of varied styles; everything from a Baroque Brass Ensemble to a Funk Band. The Da Capo style has given a focus to his approach to teaching, and he loves being a teacher of Primary School guitarists and brass players.
