Austin Carroll

Austin graduated from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in 2022. He studied jazz trumpet under Steve Fishwick and Tom Walsh, amongst others, and was awarded the silver medal in 2021. Austin currently gigs throughout the UK with The Signatures Northern Soul and plays original music in various brass bands and jazz projects.

Austin began teaching private students after completing teaching modules at Trinity Laban and is currently a brass teacher at the East London Community Band. He joined DaCapo in 2022 and is developing the DaCapo Jazz course.
