Classroom Music
DaCapo offers a fun and engaging classroom music programme designed specifically for young children. With over 20 years of experience, we combine interactive lessons, creative exercises, and enjoyable activities to build a rich and inspiring curriculum.
In addition, our approach focuses on steady progress so children can grow their confidence step by step. Because lessons are linked directly to the national curriculum, every child develops essential music skills while staying on track with their education.
Most importantly, our age-appropriate classes are inclusive, ambitious, and enhanced by specially commissioned songs of top quality.
Take Note
The Take Note project, created in partnership with Fantasia Orchestra, has successfully completed its pilot and is now open for bookings.
These participatory workshops and concerts run as a series, and schools can easily choose from a menu of strings, brass, woodwind, or percussion. In addition, each session is designed to be flexible, ensuring that schools can select the right fit for their pupils.
Skilled musicians from Fantasia work alongside a DaCapo teacher-leader to deliver every session. As a result, children enjoy 45 minutes of engaging live music, perfectly suited for a full KS1 or KS2 school assembly.

DaCapo Online
We currently teach in a number of primary schools, although in-person delivery is limited each year due to high demand. However, schools now have a new option: the DaCapo programme is also available as an online resource.
To make it even easier, we invite schools to enjoy a free trial and experience the benefits first-hand.
This online platform is intuitive and simple to use—just ‘click and go’. In addition, it develops sophisticated music-making skills for both children and teachers while keeping the process enjoyable. Most importantly, it’s not only educational but also lots of fun!
